Answer:

  1. Close TELUS security services by clicking TELUS security services then Shut down.
  2. Click the link below and save the ppsdk file to the Desktop from: http://zeroknowledge.fileburst.com/SupportDownloads/ppsdk.msi
  3. Double click the downloaded file to run it.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
