Question: I have difficulties downloading TELUS security services with Microsoft Windows Vista. What should I do? Answer: - Go to http://www.mytelus.com/internet/security/download.vm
- Select your province.
- Accept the End User License Agreement by enabling the checkbox, then click Accept.
- Click the Download button when the Download page appears
- Click Run when the File Download – Security Warning message appears.
- Click Run once again when the Internet Explorer – Security Warning message appears.
- Click Continue when the User Account Control warning appears.
- Right click the yellow bar showing in Internet Explorer and select Run ActiveX. Then click Run once again
- Click OK on the confirmation message.
- Click Allow when the Internet Explorer security warning will appear.
- The eProtect Advisor download process will be initiated.
- Click Continue when the download completes, the User Account Control warning will appear once again before starting eProtect download process.
