Question: I finished creating a MySecurityDashboard account but Iím getting a message that my account needs to be activated. What do I do?

 

1)      Log intohttp://telus.mysecuritydashboard.com with the email address and password you created

2)      A message will appear on the screen advising you to activate your account

3)      Click on Click here

4)      In a few minutes, you will receive an email from no_reply@telus.mysecuritydashboard.com

5)      Click on the link provided in the email. The http://telus.mysecuritydashboard.com  website will load and your account will be successfully activated.
